A Tranquil Moment in Kindergarten

Last week I snapped these photos of the kids during one calm, productive afternoon moment.  It was a busy day and I was thankful to have taken the time to stop and see how independent they can be right now.  Reading, writing their own books, working together, finishing projects independently and knowing what to do when they are done, solving math problems in multiple ways and helping out in the classroom.  I am so proud of these kids!
